2018 Crufts Dog Show Delights
March 5 - 18, 2018
Join Huron Tours at the oldest and largest dog show in the world!
Huron Tours has been bringing groups to the world's best dog shows for over 16 years. Our annual trip to the Westminster Dog Show typically has about 75 participants, and sells out well in advance every year. We don't offer a trip to Crufts every year, but our 2016 and 2017 trips were absolutely wonderful and a big hit with our participants. For 2018 we've again put together a very exclusive, and economical package. If you are interested in learning more, please continue reading and be sure to request a brochure with the form below. We can take your deposit over the phone today at (800) 734-1192 or (504) 267-2057.

Explore the NEC (National Exhibition Center, where Crufts is held) and catch the fast and furious competitions and displays throughout the show. Be sure to check out the most fun area of Crufts - the Discover Dogs section. This area is packed with more than 200 different breeds of pedigree dog for you to get better acquainted with. Don’t forget to bring an extra empty suitcase! There are more than 400 trade stands overflowing with everything for dogs and their owners.

For those of you who would like time off from Crufts, our Birmingham hotel is perfectly located within easy access of many restaurants and shops, the "real" city centre, and many interesting and culturally important sights and locations. We'll include a list of "things to do in Birmingham" to give you some great ideas to explore further. While the NEC is perfect for showcasing thousands of world-class canines, the area is a bit isolated when the show wraps up, with very limited dining and entertainment options. Huron Tours has struck the perfect balance of convenience, organization, and fun.

Huron Tours Exclusive Engagement - Day Trips included with your Tour
Huron Tours has been to Crufts many times. While we know most of you are there for the fully immersive canine experience, we also know that some of you like to explore a little bit. To that end, we have hired a wonderful certified Blue Badge guide who will be making several day trips via train to Stratford-upon-Avon with whomever would like to accompany them.
Stratford-upon-Avon
Enjoy an outing to the fabulous and charming city of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare.
Stratford-upon-Avon is small in size but large in history and interest. Set in the beautiful rural Warwickshire countryside on the banks of the river Avon, it is one of the favorite tourist destinations in the UK, for good reason. This easy to explore town offers lovely riverside walks; hidden gardens; shopping galore at quaint boutiques; wonderful restaurants, pubs and tea-shops; and Shakespearean history at every turn. William Shakespeare’s significance to the town can be found throughout the Elizabethan streets. The blend of architecture from the original medieval town grid structure to the present day is both diverse and eclectic.
Stratford is a short train journey away from Birmingham, and your guide will be with you to help you navigate, as well as provide some interesting background information to help you make the most of your day. Includes guide (your guide will help you purchase a train ticket and plan your meals. Train tickets generally cost less than $10). This is also a great opportunity to see more of Birmingham, as you'll walk slowly to the train station, through many of the pedestrian areas of town, giving you a good overview for further exploring.
